  • Under the age of 18 

  • Autoimmune diseases 

  • HIV, Hepatitis, or any other transmittable blood disease 

  • Blood disorders 

  • Heart conditions, pacemaker 

  • Lupus 

  • Prone to keloids 

  • Allergies to Lidocaine or Epinephrine 

  • Have had Botox within 1 month (on procedure area) 

  • Diabetic (insulin-dependent/requires medical clearance 

  • Eczema, Psoriasis, Rosacea 

  • Pregnant / Nursing Melasma Undergoing/scheduled for chemo 

  • Blood thinning medications/supplements

  • Easily triggered post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation 

  • Accutane use in the past year 

  • Allergies to metals/pigments 

  • Sunburn/suntan 

  • Hemophilia 

  • Epilepsy

On any of the following medications/treatments: 

  • Triflusal (Disgren) 

  • Clopidrogel (Plavix) 

  • Prasugrel (Effient) 

  • Ticagrelor (Brillinta) 

  • Ticlopidine (Ticlid) 

  • Cilostazol (Pletal) 

  • Savaysa (Edoxaban)

  • Vorapaxar (Zontivity) 

  • Dipyridamole (Persantine) 

  • Coumadin Pradaxia (Dibigatran) 

  • Xarelto (Rivaraxaban) 

  • Eliquis (Apixaban)

BROW PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • AVOID brow waxing, tinting, microdermabrasion or chemical peels at least 1 week prior to the procedure.

  • No alcohol and No excessive caffeine consumption 24 hours before.

  • DO NOT take Aspirin, Niacin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Omega-3, Fish Oil, Vitamin E or any blood thinners 48-72 hours prior to the procedure session. Tylenol is ok.

  • DO NOT have Botox, filler, chemical peels, microdermabrasion or laser treatment on eyebrows area 4 weeks prior to the procedure.

  • ​​DO NOT workout the day of the procedure.

  • NO tanning, sunburn or excessive sun exposure 14 days before and after your procedure.

  • We encourage wearing your regular brow makeup on the day of procedure. This is helpful to see the color and shape you are comfortable with.

  • Discontinue Retin-A, AHA(Alpha Hydroxy Acid) and Glycolic and hair growth serum at least 2 weeks prior (and avoid on treated area after)

EYELINER PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • No alcohol and No excessive caffeine consumption 24 hours before.

  • No sun tanning 1 week prior to the procedure.

  • Avoid blood thinning medications 24 hours before. This includes Aspirin, Niacin (Vitamin B3), Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen, fish oils tablets.

  • Eyelash extensions should be removed at least 1 week prior. Please arrive without eye makeup as well.

  • Discontinue Retin-A 1 week prior.

  • No Botox around the eye area 2 weeks prior.

  • Lash growth serums like Latisse can cause the skin to be hypersensitive and bleed easily. Discontinue product use at least 2-4 months before.

  • If you wear contact lenses, please wear glasses on the day of your appointment.

LIP BLUSH PRE-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • ​Very Important: If you get cold sores or have ever had one in the past, you will need an antiviral prescription (Valtrex) from your pharmacy before a lip procedure. Physicians usually instruct to take it 2 days before and 3 days after the procedure. As this procedure will bring out the virus if not medicated beforehand.

  • No alcohol and No excessive caffeine consumption 24 hours prior.

  • DO NOT take Aspirin, Niacin, Advil, Ibuprofen, Omega-3, Fish Oil, Vitamin E or any blood thinners 48-72 hours prior to the procedure session. Tylenol is ok.

  • DO NOT workout the day of the procedure.

BOOKING POLICIES

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of either $113 or $56.50 depending on the procedure you choose will be required in order to secure your appointment date.

TARDINESS

We reserve specific time slots for appointments, and short notice cancellations make it difficult to fill the slot. Additionally, arriving 25 minutes late will result in a no-show and deposit forfeiture.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

Please cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to avoid deposit forfeiture. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will incur a full-service charge. Your cooperation helps us manage our schedule efficiently and serve all clients well.
